What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to manage a global relationship with a globally recognized technology brand? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to manage and develop our partner relationships. This position involves sourcing, sourcing and acquiring new partners, developing regional partner pipelines and executing strategic plans to achieve key product goals. You will work closely with cross-functional client teams to ensure partner success and achieve goals.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
• Developing and executing the strategy for onboarding new partners or improving solutions offered to current clients, and to expand the use of additional features and solutions
• Communicate results and performance to the leadership team through weekly meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Record and update daily activities in the CRM platform to ensure visibility into performance, maintain historical records, and support data-driven decision-making and to keep all customer opportunities up to date
• Create lead lists with customers who align well with the product
• Enrich leads by researching relevant information such as brand details, challenges, news, payment methods, and contact information for decision-makers
• Accompany customers throughout the initial journey, resolving technical and operational queries, engaging internal teams when necessary, and ensuring effective handoffs.
• Responsible for ensuring that customers successfully complete the initial use of the product and for monitoring their results after activation
What You Bring to the Role
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese, as you will be in daily contact with international clients
• Knowledge of the sales sector, including prospecting and account development
• Completed or ongoing higher education
• Team spirit and proactivity
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Monthly Salary: BRL 7.294,00 + Commission according to performance, Health Plan (Alice), Dental Plan, Life Insurance, Ticket Lunch. Shift Monday-Friday from 9h – 17h12.
