Women In Leadership is a community of TTEC women. We create a dynamic environment that elevates women through mentorship, educational programs, networking events and advocacy. Our initiatives support women empowerment, connect women across the globe and inspire each other to realize our greatest potential! Each month, we have sessions about different and important topics where women share their experience and advice.
 
Our Mission is to bring together a diverse group of extraordinary women from across TTEC, who through social and educational programs, mentorship and networking opportunities, are inspired and empowered to realize their individual potential, enhance their career experiences and create opportunities for our next generation of women leaders.

How did the cape episodes start?

During the March 2019 session, Rachel Moore and Rebecca Brookson shared all about how we can impact our personal digital brand.

At the end of the session, Rachel gave the cape to a woman she thinks is a great leader and that is when the Women in Leadership TTEC cape episodes began.

Now, once or twice a month, the cape is handed out to a new woman!

 
So far, we've been shooting the TTEC Cape episodes at our headquarters in Colorado. We've got big dreams though - our goal is to expand it to other sites and even to other regions!

Why are we doing this?

With these episodes, we want to show women that they are great leaders and that other women value them for their work.

We all know every day heroes who don’t wear capes. Well, at TTEC, they do!
