TeleTech has been recognized for the second consecutive year as a Kincentric Best Employer in the Philippines for 2019 as part of Kincentric’s Best Employers program. We turned to Arthur Nowak, Senior Vice President Operations of TeleTech, Asia-Pacific, to share more about what this award means today and what we can expect in our future.
"We’re creating wow experiences for our frontline employees because they deserve the same quality of service we deliver to the customers of our clients. By removing friction in the employee experience, we can focus our talent on enabling the value proposition of our organization: bringing humanity to business.
