Morgantown Celebrates 20 years in 2020

Join us in celebrating TTEC Morgantown’s 20th anniversary this October – yes, that’s 240 months or 1043 weeks or 7300 days! Each of those days, weeks and months, the Morgantown, West Virginia team has been invested in their development of their team, making an impact on their customers, and giving back to their community. 

What makes working with TTEC Morgantown so special?
There is no secret sauce according to Dave Keener, Service Delivery Manager, Operations. He shared how their job titles do not limit them from doing what is right. From associates to leadership, everyone is treated with the same respect and dignity. By providing tuition reimbursement to further enhance team members’ skills and finding ways to give back to the community they support, TTEC understands when employees are taken care of, our clients and their customers are as well. Delivering smiles to customers and each other is just baked into the culture and a natural part of everyone’s day. 

And this just the tip of the iceberg.

Over the course of 20 years, the team has come together to serve their community. They have prepared several meals at homeless shelter, held several school supply and backpack drives for children in school, cleaned hundreds of rooms, and donated 31,775 pop tabs to the Ronald McDonald House, donated and renovated new playground equipment for West Virginia Children’s Home Society, and donated 1,130 books to the local Boys & Girls Club. Their giving doesn't stop there. Since  2014, they have donated $84,966 in grants through the TeleTech Community Foundation to various organizations locally.

The TTEC team in Morgantown is committed to the growth and development of their team. This is demonstrated by the fact that of the 100 team members that have been with our global company of 50,000 employees for 20+ years, 10% of those got their start in Morgantown.

According to a study from Rasmussen College in 2018, most employees stay with their company for about 4 years. Of course, we know people who stay longer than 4 years and we know you could be one of them, too. While these team members got their still in Morgantown, we’re happy they’ve found a home, sweet home with TTEC.
