Great Team, Great Place to Work - Congrats to TTEC Canada

TTEC received this prestigious certification after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® in Canada. Great Place to Work® recognizes Canada’s Best Workplaces in a series of national lists, including those published by The Globe & Mail (in Canada) and Fortune Magazine (in the United States). The certification is based on direct feedback from our Canadian team members, who completed a survey about their workplace experience. This survey measured levels of trust in the workplace by focusing on five key dimensions: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

Here are some of the highlights of our employees’ responses:

• 77% of respondents see their management as credible, believable and trustworthy
• TTEC’s camaraderie rating was high—86% of respondents believe TTEC has a strong, supportive, and welcoming community
• 75% of respondents believe management policies and practices are fair, and applied equitably and impartially
   

The TTEC Canada team is incredibly honored to receive this recognition. As Russ Smith, Senior Vice President of Operations noted: “Since TTEC acquired our Canadian businesses in 2016, it has always been our focus to continually invest in our teams and culture. We couldn’t be prouder of this distinction!”
