Congratulations to our UK location for winning “UK Employer of the Year” for the second year in a row at the 2019 GSA (Global Sourcing Association) Awards, held in London just a couple of months ago! TTEC was recognized, in particular, for our innovative CultureCX initiative and our Women in Leadership program.
“TTEC is delighted to be named UK Employer of the Year by the GSA for the second year running,” said Iain Banks, vice president, International Markets. The win is a huge accolade and testament to our employee engagement initiatives with the investment in our people and working environment clearly demonstrated over the past two years.”
TTEC was also named runner up for the “Customer Experience Provider of the Year” for demonstrating excellence in understanding and responding to clients’ needs.
And EMEA didn't stop there. Our Krakow, Poland site was recently recognized for 2019 Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year, Gold Award by ECCCSA.
