What You’ll be Doing – 

Are you looking for a role where you can showcase your organizational and analytical skills and help our global sales teams? You’ll have the unique opportunity of working with our sales teams across different regions across the globe – North America, Latin America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East Asia, Africa), and APAC – so you’ll be exposed to a variety of cultures and perspectives. You will be mainly involved in providing support across our vertical-wide global initiatives in the areas of employee engagement, communications, analytics, and creative solutions. 
You'll report to Consultant, Marketing Analytics

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Maintain, document, and audit a global sales playbook knowledgebase of best practices across our global sales teams.
• Track and support administration of the global sales programs assessment tool/framework
• Track utilization and support administration of the global sales rewards and recognition program
• Support the Senior Analyst in strategizing and creating of the creative materials on topics required to be communicated over to our sales teams.
• Maintain and organize library of all outputs of the team for any future use and conversion into ready-to-use templates.
• Support globalization of best practices for data analysis
• Carry out tasks covered by the group as delegated by the Consultant.

What You Bring to the Role

• Proficient and level of comfortability in using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and its Google Workspace counterparts (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
• As you will be working in a team that supports leaders up to senior leadership level, you should have the agility and flexibility in completing tasks in a fast-paced fashion.
• High organizational skills as you will be supporting multiple leaders across different programs with varying degrees of requirements.
• Ability to respect and ensure confidentiality of any proprietary information that you will have access to
