What you’ll be doing : 
The Talent Acquisition System Administrator is responsible for supporting and developing several key talent acquisition tools that are utilized by over 750,000 end users. These tools serve as the cornerstone to TELETECH’s success in recruiting, processing, and managing the intake of thousands of new employees each year into our global workforce. You will be responsible for :

  • Provide functional and technical expertise for new initiatives within Ascendify and Taleo platforms
  • Configure the Ascendify platform to assist the recruiting organization in proactively sourcing and maintaining relationships with the best talent in the market
  • Participate on project teams to deliver enterprise wide solutions to complex business problems
  • Provide alternatives and recommendations on innovative technology solutions to meet the requirements of the business
  • Support the resolution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues across our tools and integrations
  • Consistently demonstrate a high aptitude, propensity to learn, passion for success, and willingness to challenge oneself and your peers
  • Functions as a subject matter expert (SME) for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) systems as well as actively participates in their optimization to ensure efficient operations, processing, report generation and to enhance candidate/customer experience
  • Drives the definition and organization of business requirements including process workflows and user scenarios/stories for CRM and MA system change requests
  • In partnership with teammates, develops and conducts ongoing system wide recruiter and customer training associated with technology and process changes
  • Functions as the CRM and MA systems expert, managing talent acquisition help tickets to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Acts as a resource for system and design questions for all existing and proposed CRM and MA systems
  • Develops and works with the employment brand team to communicate system changes.
  • Works with local, regional and system leadership and project teams to identify, design, test and implement new systems or improvements to existing systems and associated procedures
  • Investigates, resolves, and performs follow up tasks on process and system related problems
  • Executes testing to validate system fixes are complete, accurate, and function as designed; updating process documentation and supporting materials in a timely manner
  • Responsible for integrity of system settings and data structure as the CRM and MA system administrator
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Required qualifications for this position include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Five years of experience with recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation (MA) or HR systems
  • Five years of experience with the design, development, implementation or optimization of systems across the software development lifecycle; experience consulting on technology solutions, and building business requirements and process improvement
  • Five years of experience in project management and leading cross-functional projects and or/systems implementations, optimizations, or upgrades in a large company with 5000 employees
  • Two years of experience developing reports in an enterprise reporting tool with proficient knowledge of relationship databases and business intelligence systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft applications experience such as : Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.
  • Knowledge of project management methodology
  • Ability to write technical and process flow documentation to support training for recruitment staff and customers
  • Ability to prioritize and organize short-term and long-term responsibilities in response to changing demands; must meet tight deadlines and meeting schedules
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedure

Desired qualifications and experience for this position include :

  • Ascendify or other related CRM (Dynamics, Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce, etc.) administrative experience
  • Ascendify or other CRM System Administrator certification
  • Marketing Automation (MA) systems experience (Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emma, etc.)
  • Other HR, TA, Sales or Marketing systems and solutions experience – video interviewing, mobile applications, artificial intelligence, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML and writing basic SQL
  • Understanding of basic data architecture and integrations between core systems is valuable. Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integration experience desired.
  • Must be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot, in addition to the ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment.
