Role Description :
 
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit quality talent to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients.  This may include greeting candidates, screening resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens, administering TeleTech approved assessments, scheduling onsite interviews, coordinating background checks and drug screenings and completing all associated paperwork for each individual hire.
 
The TA Specialist must be able to quickly adapt to plan changes and shift directions in order to meet changing client requirements.  This is suited for a high-energy individual who must be able to meet goals and timelines.  Successful candidates will be self starters, quick learners and multi-taskers.
 

  • •        Responsible for the recruitment activities of the assigned campaign, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, testing, reference checks and the submission of successful candidates to directors.
  •          Attracting and soliciting active and passive candidates via in-person networking, social networking, various internet sources.
  • •        Participate in job fairs and briefings to meet regular recruitment needs.
  • •        Proactively understand and respond to internal customer requests.
  • •        Ensure compliance with hiring processes for each client and compliance of recruitment records with established standards and legislation.
  • •        Provide a daily account of recruitment activities to managers




Essential skills :
  • 2 years proven recruiting/TA experience.
  • Desire to achieve high-volume recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
  • Strong ability to interview for required performance and skill set.
  • Great interpersonal skills with candidates of all ages and backgrounds- ensure a positive experience for every candidate.
  • Proven experience with Taleo.
  • Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
