Talent Acquisition Specialist
TTEC is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our team.  If you are encouraging, enthusiastic, goal and detail oriented, we want to hear from you.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit quality talent to meet aggressive associate hiring requirements for specific clients.  They will manage the recruitment process for our clients based in Sydney, Central Coast NSW and Auckland New Zealand.
 Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Achieve 100% of assigned agent recruiting targets.
2. preparing recruitment reports as well as all weekly/monthly recruiting reports
3. Learn key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each new client.
4. Maintain a high level of knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
5. Understand hiring profile based on Client or Program Job Descriptions and requirements and ensure expectations are met
6. Understand candidate selection process and administration of the candidate process for all open associate positions including but not limited to :
a. greeting of applicants
b. reviewing applications
c. input data into Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
d. administering testing materials, assist with Taleo data entry (assessment scores, decline candidates
e. send assessment e-mails and other correspondence
f. conduct call outs from leads or phone interviews as necessary
g. schedule candidates appointment for F2F interviews with Ops or Clients
h. Know and understand the Realistic Job Preview (RJP)
i. Have knowledge of RJP usage in the hiring process.
j. Ensure all candidates receive the RJP before an offer is extended.
k. Provide administrative support to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Manager, and other TA team members, as required.
l. Processing of Physical IDs and Logins (Through Ticketing Process)
m. Payroll Setup for New Hires
n. Assist on securing reference checks contacts from candidates for processing of Global Talent Acquisition Team
o. Assist in Lodging Background Check through third party vendor
p. Travel to Locations in Australia & New Zealand for any hiring related activities as necessary
q. Other related hiring activities as may be necessary
7. Understand the key success metrics associated with hiring goals. These include :
a. Cost per Hire (goals will vary by business unit)
b. New Hire First Day No Call No Show percentage
c. Hiring timeline and time to fill open positions
d. Meeting client hiring requirements (varies based on client and ramp)
e. 60-day attrition rate for new hires
8. TAS I should be constantly looking for opportunities to improve the current process and communicate their ideas to their TA Manager regularly. While they are responsible for sharing ideas, they must not make ad hoc changes to the process without approval from the broader TeleTech TA team. (Observation, innovation, creativity)
9. Support TeleTech’s Employee Referral Program (Linkup eMails)
10. Ensure a positive experience for every candidate.
11. Calibrate with Global talent Acquisition Team as well as Operations and Training team on candidate expectations.
Other Functions
  • Perform reporting and basic analytics for New Zealand
  • Managing “We Hear You” cases for Australia and New Zeland
  • Process improvement Actions/Projects
  • Improve/simplify where action remains local
  • Learn & implement automation e.g. probation reminders
  • Managing TTEC tools upgrade e.g. myBenefits content, Mosaic dialogue for Australia and New Zealand, etc.
  • SME of Onboarding and integration
  • Manage Australia & New Zealand Social Media page
  • Simple support Items e.g. direction on policy/process
  • Act as Australian contact for all incoming mail & follow up - including liaising with Accounts Payable for billing support

Essential skills :
  • 2 years recruiting experience- preferably high volume.
  • Desire to achieve high-volume recruiting goals under tight deadlines.
  • Strong ability to interview for required performance and skill set.
  • Great interpersonal skills with candidates of all ages and backgrounds- ensure a positive experience for every candidate.
  • Proven experience with Taleo.
  • Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have familiarity with employment law and immigration policies for each country.
