TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking a experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Services team at our Global Corporate Headquarters, based in Denver, Colorado.
What you’ll be doing : 
The Talent Acquisition Project Manager is a great opportunity for junior-level project management professional.  In this role, you will drive various cross-functional and/or process improvement projects in the HR, Talent Acquisition space.
This position requires leadership, project management, critical thinking, decision making, organizational and communications skills. This position requires the ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
What you’ll bring to us :
  • Responsible to scope, lead and manage large Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives including but not limited to :
    • Leading scoping sessions with business leaders to define goals, requirements and milestones
    • Creation and maintenance of all project documentation; work plans/work books, agendas, notes, scorecards, training plans, status documents et al
    • Execute follow ups and/or escalations as required to maintain project schedule and health

  • Assessment of upstream/downstream impacts of project changes, delays, issues and the critical thinking/decision making required to mitigate risk and deliver expected project goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to Management as required
  • Conduct lessons learned and continuous improvement of processes, tools and templates
  • Other duties as required. 

What skills you’ll need :
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience leading projects, experience in HR or Talent Acquisition projects preferred.
  • Experience with client facing, senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery
  • Expert in MS Office application suite
