TeleTech is seeking a Systems Software Principal Engineer (Automation Process Engineer) to join our Enterprise Services team.
 


The Sr. Intake and Governance Analyst will be responsible for documenting and analysis of identified automation opportunities. This role develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to build the requirements and ROI needed to evaluate and prioritize each opportunity. Prepare, schedule, facilitate, and present content necessary to facilitate the Automation Intake Process from request to Governance Approval.  Support the continuous improvement and integration of the Automation Intake Processes into the other key processes within the Center of Excellence.


This role is pivotal in providing input into design and delivery of RPA automation processes. This requires communication and understanding of IT, Operations, and other business segments as they relate to application and systems reporting. The role will require the ability to listen and communicate with other department leads and have the ability to identify and manage requirements documentation.  


This role will report directly into the Manager of Process Improvement.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :          



  • Conduct Stakeholder interviews to document and analyze business processes while identifying automation opportunities 
  • Prepare, schedule, facilitate, document, and present content necessary to facilitate the RPA Intake Process from Ideation to Governance Approval.
  • Assist with implementing and developing the automation intake and demand processes
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases




Job Specifications :

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience (5 years) and 2 years of Information Technology experience
  • 5 years’ proven ability to facilitate, lead, and or mentor teams through process requirements activities and change adoption 
  • 5 years of Business Analyst experience that includes some time spend gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create, edit, track)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and supporting presentations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Six Sigma / Lean certification desired
  • Understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle desired
