Supervisor, Talent Acquisition - Call Center - HealthCare
The TA Supervisor of HealthCare Recruiting will develop and maintain Business Partnerships, with Site Leads, Human Capital, Workforce Management, Sales Teams, and Recruiting in order to deliver strategic recruiting solutions that impact the business.  This position develops, supports, and integrates all recruiting processes and personnel in the Customer Management Centers specifically related to our HealthCare clients in the Concord, NC.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in proactively initiating recruitment strategies, including training, development, and communication in a call center environment.  Experience specifically related to hiring Licensed HealthCare Insurance Agents is strongly preferred.
This role will be responsible for hiring and training the recruiting team, driving the recruiting team to produce results in seasonal ramps more than 1,000 people over a five-month period. 
In order to meet these goals, the ideal candidate will have :
  1. Proven ability to hire large volumes of people in a short period of time.
  2. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
  3. History of meeting very tight deadlines.
  4. Demonstrated Leadership & Team Building Skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proven Success Recruiting in a high-volume Call Center.
  7. Proven Success Recruiting for Licensed Insurance Agent programs.
