Sr. Solution Architect - Contact Center Operations (US Remote)
 
TTEC is seeking an experienced Sr. Solution Architect Contact Center Operations to join our Enterprise Services team. Our client companies come to us because they have unique business problems and they are looking for a true partner solution. The Solution Architecture team designs the operating model and ensures our sales team is successful through understanding the client’s customer experience objectives and structuring the operational processes and leverage tools to support them.
 
What you’ll be doing : 
 
As a member of our Solutions Architecture team you are responsible for supporting the sales organization in the pursuit of business opportunities for new and existing clients.
 
The Sr. Solution Architect consults with the assigned Sales lead to understand the clients operational requirements to develop and execute a winning sales strategy.  He/she will interpret client requirements and translate them into a solution that drives total value, leverages the breadth our offerings and global solutions. 
 
You will be responsible for :


Strategic Solutioning
  • In combination with key stakeholders, develop a differentiated operational solution approach to our client’s business requirements
  • Analyze company and industry information for our targets, and pair that knowledge with TTEC’s capabilities in a way that highlights TTEC’s innovations that optimize the customer experience
  • Develop architecture for written RFP responses. Ensure key winning messages are evident throughout the solution response

Program Management
  • Manage program timelines, resources and costs for solutioning and responding to RFP and other opportunity related requests

Solution Development
  • Develop and proof customized proposal solutions which clearly demonstrate how TTEC will meet the prospective client’s needs
  • Facilitate consistent messaging, quality of proposals, and additional sales documentation

Client Presentation
  • Partner to develop and present our solution approach to clients as requested
  • Support client presentation requirements, including travel up to 50% of the time

What skills you’ll need :

  • 6 years of relevant contact center sales or sales support and/or consulting experience
  • BA / BS Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of project management and/or consulting experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Direct BPO or call center related experience with an understanding of operational solutioning elements
  • Experience with leading external sales or project efforts, including client facing activities
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, and legal documents
  • Ability to write proposal responses and assist with collateral development
