Technical Support Representative – Spanish


Join us at TTEC where we welcome Technical Support Representatives who have a passion for computers, all things technical, and helping others.  You will provide technical support, solve computer and peripheral issues, and educate customers on the use of their technology.

We’ll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible. And we trust you already have the necessary ingredient that can’t be taught—a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers through some of the more difficult times in their lives. What you might be doing on a typical day :

  • Listen and engage with customers to fully understand the extent of their issue and related knowledge
  • Consult with customers on the use of their technology and computers
  • Troubleshoot customer usage and computer difficulties
  • Learn about the latest technology

The basic stuff you’ll need :


  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Power user of computers, technology peripherals and common software applications
  • The passion and drive to make a difference
