TTEC is seeking an Senior Project Manager to join our Enterprise Services team at our Global Corporate Headquarters, based in Denver, Colorado.
The Finance, Accounting, Human Capital, Marketing Project Management Professional is directly responsible for leadership and management of :

  • various enterprise wide, large scale, cross-functional initiatives and process improvement project
  • corporate strategy implementation and execution, metric alignment, scorecard development, performance analytics and active engagement to drive results.  

This position requires minimal supervision with strong leadership, project management, critical thinking, decision making, organizational and communications skills.
What you’ll be doing :
  • Responsible to scope, lead and manage large cross-functional/enterprise projects and process improvement initiatives :
    • Lead cross functional, matrixed teams
    • Define and scope initiatives, goals, requirements, milestones and metrics; and execute to them
    • Continuous assessment of upstream/downstream impacts of project changes, delays, issues and the critical thinking/decision making required to mitigate risk and deliver expected project goals, objectives and performance metrics.
    • Create and maintain all project documentation required to ensure project team alignment :
      • Agendas, project work plans etc 

  • Scorecard development and metric analysis to proactively identify risks, engage with the business owners to develop/implement mitigation plans
    • Develop scorecards against key initiative, conduct analytics to proactively identify risk; work with the business to mitigate risks and deliver results
    • Prepare multiple scorecards monthly for various stakeholders; ie EC, Board, Street

  • Prepare and deliver executive communications
  • Continuous improvement of all processes, tools and templates
  • Other duties as required. 

What skills you’ll need :
  • Proven competence and experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, across multiple regions and multiple cultural environment
  • Experience and credibility in working as a consultant to business leaders; ability to influence decision-makers
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, organization, verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience leading large, complex projects
  • Experience with client facing, senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery
  • Expert in MS Office application suite
