 TTEC is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Project Analyst to join our Enterprise Services team at our Global Corporate Headquarters, based in Denver, Colorado.


Our Pricing team brings significant value and contribution to our company through computing new prices and pricing changes for our new and existing clients across all segments.  Not only does the Pricing team compute price points, but we are the gatekeepers for safeguarding the company’s revenue and profitability.  Our Pricing team is also at the forefront of keeping our company competitive in the market by staying up to date on new market developments and finding new and creative ways to price and demonstrate our overall value.  The Pricing team collaborates with many internal teams to insure proper alignment across the organization.


What you’ll be doing : 
This senior analyst-level position is responsible for coordinating and managing pricing projects. In addition, the position will support pricing and companywide policies and processes across all TTEC segments.  The primary focus is supporting projects that improve business process optimization, Pricing management and analysis, and data analytics. The individual should have experience in pricing processes, commercialization of new offers, business requirements analysis, project management, and finance or accounting.  You will be responsible for leading some projects as well as overseeing others that are being completed by other members of the pricing team.  Ongoing processes and projects will require you to present findings and recommendations to company leadership for final approvals and alignment across the organization.  You will also be responsible for maintaining the Pricing Department file share and sharepoint site. You may be asked to complete ad hoc reporting and data analytics to meet requests from executive leadership.  You will be responsible for understanding company and team goals and working with team members to meet those goals.
 
What you’ll bring to us :

  • Project management and oversight of pricing projects that help the Pricing team and the company meet their annual goals and financial targets
  • Ability to understand how current processes are inefficient and drive change with the help of the different teams across the organization
  • Effectively communicating to different leadership levels on the progress and status of projects the Pricing Team is leading or supporting
  • Maintain and update pricing parameters and process updates on a consistent basis following scheduled timelines to insure pricing models and processes are accurate and aligned to financial and company standards
  • Developing standing and ad hoc reports related to pricing efforts, processes, and projects and report the status to appropriate teams and leadership
  • Build new pricing models or update existing pricing models as new solutions are created by the product management teams
  • Monitor pricing outcomes to actual results and integrate learning into pricing methodology  
  • Maintain Pricing SharePoint Site and pricing file share site
  • Establish tracking systems and maintain data integrity
  • Research location specific cost structures and model what-if pricing scenarios
  • Provide some administrative duties to insure team follows consistent processes



 
What skills you’ll need :

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.  MBA a plus.
  • Experienced pricing, financial or product management professional with 2-3 years of experience in industry
  • Experience pricing BPO services using complex models and/or working with product management teams and developing new pricing models based on new product and solution offerings a plus. 
  • Project management experience preferred with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid interpersonal skills working across multiple teams in peer to peer relationships to deliver projects and analysis against defined deadlines.
  • Experience working and collaborating across a diverse organization in multiple regions across the world.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, changing and dynamic environment
  • Must possess a strong business ethic with drive to deliver on demanding deadlines
  • Experience interacting and communicating properly with all levels of management including the executive committee a plus.
  • Strong attention to details and solid analytical skills
  • Experience with Hyperion reporting and Oracle a plus
  • Must be comfortable with the use of technology to solve business problems, including a very strong understanding of MS Excel tables and formulas and the use of web-based systems.
