Senior Manager – Operations Australia
Reporting to the Director of Global operations you will work towards achieve company financial and operational objectives, clients’ Scope of Work contractual deliverables, Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics, and employee satisfaction expectations as it relates to the ANZ market. You will partner with Sales/Client Solutions to procure new business and expand current business levels and will have financial accountability for all designated/assigned programs.
The successful candidate will draw on past experience and in-depth knowledge of call centre operations management and general business acumen to develop and grow the Australian and New Zealand market to its full potential.
Overall Tasks and Responsibilities
The key outputs for this role relate to the following areas :

•Client interface and joint strategy development

•Project management and solution implementation

•Operational management and control, leadership and culture development

•Reporting and data analysis

•Business development

•Financial management
Qualifications, Experience and Skills

•Eligible to work in Australia.

•A University degree in business or a related field of study

•Client/Account management experience essential

•Business development experience essential

•7 years management experience within a service driven or industry- related corporation

•7 years’ experience in call centre management

•Strategic management and planning experience as well as the ability to demonstrate these skills

•Experience in leadership and people management

•Sales and Marketing experience advantageous

•Ability to provide constructive feedback at all levels

•Good facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills

•Good report writing skills

•Knowledge of computers and software (MS Office) as well as a knowledge of call center technologies and the ability to demonstrate expertise
