TTEC is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Attorney to join our Legal team supporting Global Operations at our Headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.

What you’ll be doing : 

Provide contract review, drafting, and negotiation support for TTEC’s business process outsourcing, technology and consulting businesses. The successful candidate would work in partnership with the sales and operations teams to close complex and simple business engagements for multinational clients and provide enthusiastic support for deals ranging in size from $1M - $100 M in annual contract value. The role would support the entire business acquisition and delivery process from NDAs and RFPs through master services agreements and scope of work definition, to contract interpretation and change management. Although the successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Chief Counsel, Global Operations, they would ‘own’ the entire contract life-cycle from the early stages through approvals in accordance with TTEC policies. 
The key objectives of the role are to be an informed partner and a primary point of contact for a business segment or vertical and help to secure and deliver business by achieving balanced contract terms reflecting best practices in the industry and market appropriate cost/risk allocation. The role presents significant opportunity to grow and learn from senior-level attorneys as well as highly experienced and tenured teammates.
The successful candidate would partner and collaborate with subject matter experts in the legal, finance, human capital, IT, and Information Security departments to make sure that negotiated arrangements appropriately reflect regulatory, business delivery, and financial compliance requirements.
In addition to business segment/vertical support, the successful candidate would maintain and update contract templates and processes, stay current on best practices in the business, support contract due diligence acquisition activities and provide other support to the Legal team and his/her business segment clients as required.
This is a client facing position that requires excellent communications skills (oral and written), and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, multitasking, team environment.  A successful candidate would be positive, outgoing, collaborative and enthusiastic, always looking for ways to develop creative solutions, add value, learn and grow with the needs of the business.   
While based in the company’s headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, the role may support clients around the globe and the successful candidate needs to be flexible and available to support her/his clients on their timeline in their time zones. 
What skills you’ll need :
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in complex contract drafting and negotiations. Work with large global organizations is a plus.
  • Outsourcing, technology, services or consulting experience a plus.
  • Proven oral and written communications skills.
  • Advanced computer and tools skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with an automated contracts management system is a plus.
  • Ability to think and to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, high degree of professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must. J.D. or other relevant advanced degree is a plus, but not a requirement.
