Sales Representative Needed :
  • Seeking sales savvy candidates, interested in a career with outstanding growth and earnings potential.
  • $13.50 an hour plus uncapped commission
  • Hours of operation 9 :00 am to 6 :00 pm EST. No weekend hours
  • Calls will be inbound/outbound sales to small and medium businesses
  • Looking for someone who has sales experience such as business to business, tele-sales experience, and or face to face sales.
  • Detailed training provided

General Summary : Under limited supervision, Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating phone based sales. 
Focus will be on acquiring new customers and increasing program revenue from these new customers. The new customers will be SMBs (Small to Medium Businesses). Sales personnel will document all contacts with new leads and prospects in their pipeline.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Will use the provided database to call new leads along with inbound inquiries from phone.
  • Sales Representatives will be tasked with delivering revenue for their assigned leads and initiating weekly contact with their potential clients via telephone and e-mail to build rapport, promote training classes, overcome objections, and ultimately close sales ,
  • All Sales Representatives will be evaluated on their ability to meet sales quotas and revenue target as well as demonstrate excellent prospecting and account development skills.
  • Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics. The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company's core values.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Job Specifications :
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven track record in sales environment
  • Minimum 1 year solid tele-sales experience. Additional face to face sales experience is a plus.
  • Business to Business sales experience is preferred
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability with sales techniques such as building rapport with customers, positioning products, overcoming objections and closing sales.
  • Superior listening skills
  • Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment.
  • Detail and follow up oriented.
  • Motivated by commission based pay structure
  • Type a minimum of 30 words per min.
  • Knowledge of MS Word
  • Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.
