What will I do on a day to day basis?
As a Sales Agent, you’ll be part of a high energy, quickly evolving sales team working on behalf of a rapid growth start up in the online technology space. You will be dedicated to converting warm leads to new customers, managing a book of accounts and working in partnership with your clients to provide the best business solution possible-all while providing the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities include….
•                    Make contact with small business owners and provide a solution based sales approach to help small businesses
•                    Manage a book of businesses and properly categorize the opportunity available
•                    Quickly establish rapport and credibility with a wide variety of customer types
•                    Receive and implement constructive feedback from sales managers and coaches
•                    Drive to exceed all metrics in a competitive sales environment
What do I need?
•                    Previous Sales or Customer Service experience with a proven track record of success
•                    A strong desire to provide value to our client, their customers and TTEC (Formerly TTEC)
•                    Ability to quickly accept and implement change to processes, procedures, and goals
•                    Excellent and personable communication skills
•                    A mindset to overcome objections and address challenges with solutions
•                    A strong work ethic that thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment
