What you might be doing on a typical day : 
  • Process retail PO’s orders
  • Maintain an escalation tracker for retail issues that cannot be handled through iCA 
  • Escalate retail issues to the retail product team and manage for resolution
  • Update cases and iCA accounts on issue resolution and provide email update where appropriate to customers on the manual escalation
  • Update account in iCA with FedEx delivery notifications and exceptions
  • Handle incoming emails and cases from customers needing retail product support; troubleshooting, or issue resolution within 1 business day of receipt with professional emails or on an occasion outbound call 
  • Management Reporting on escalations (tracker) and any trends seen in queue
  • Create standard email templates to be used in retail communications
  • During times that retail work has been completed; assist in the Registration Support Queue.

The basic stuff you’ll need :
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong listening skills
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Flexibility to work any schedule/day to meet operational coverage needs. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.
  • Pass all required assessments including the Sales assessment
  • Complete interview process with hiring manager and team leaders
