What you’ll be doing :
TTEC is seeking an IT PMO –Project Manager to join our Global IT PMO team at our Global Corporate Headquarters, based in Englewood, Colorado. The position is a project leadership role within the IT PMO – Delivery Team. This position leads the initiation, planning, execution (including managing and controlling), and closing of Large Project to Small Programs within the IT PMO Managed Project Portfolio, following the defined IT PMO Project Delivery Lifecycle.
Our global IT PMO Organization supports the Global IT Team, in providing services to the entire enterprise that encompasses over 50,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.
What you’ll bring to us :
  • 5 years of Project or Program Management Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
  • Experience change management techniques preferred
  • Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional Certification (PMI-PMP) preferred.

Key Role Responsibilities will include :
  • Leads, plans, schedules, tracks, and runs project deliverables, goals, and milestones; adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Follows the defined Project Delivery Process (PDLC)
  • Set Expectations for All Stakeholders and manage / resolve conflict and uncertainty
  • Partner for the Business Owner / Sponsors
  • Assesses risks and creates strategies for risk mitigation and project contingency planning
  • Develops and handles project budgets, analyzes variances, and resolves invoice issues
  • Analyzes Organizational Change Management (OCM) hurdles and devises/executes plans to overcome resistance and foster adoption of project deliverables
  • Develops and executes procurement management plan in association with Procurement and the vendor management plan
  • Participates in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise
  • Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
