Job specifics/responsibilities:

•         Administers the end to end process from receipt of a service request through proposal, approval and delivery;

•         Conducts basic or general research on information relevant to the request;

•         Determines appropriate escalation action and initiate escalation. Routes request to the appropriate action process;

•         Sets the initial proposal due date for Service Requests guided by the Response Manager;

•         Runs regular and ad hoc reports;

•         Handles client requests in a confident and customer-focused way;

•         Documents details of interaction with Requester and finalizing request.

•       Fluency in German;
•Very good level of English;
•Bachelor degree;
•Good computer literacy (MS Office)
•1 year of Job-specific Experience in customer facing environment is an advantage;
•Time management skills, ability to cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure;
•Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to work with business processes;
•Basic presentation skills;
•Positive attitude towards team members, customers and partners. Encourages outstanding team morale and maintains highest ethical standards;
•Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and ability to prioritize.
