What you will do :

  • Create reports and visualization tools to support operations
  • Work directly with the client to support operational reporting needed to run the business
  • Develop weekly/monthly operational reviews within the organization
  • Analyzing root causes for complaints and drive preventive actions with the organization

What skills you need :

  • Very good English
  • Very good Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLookup are an advantage)
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance/Statistics
