Job scope/summary :

  • Working to all TA processes and procedures to provide business support to high TA Consultants;
  • Supporting them in their day-to-day work with business specific administrative support, depending on the requested service; 
  • Provides general administrative support to the TA team;
  • Assists in the organization and logistics of internal or external hiring-related events;
  • Setting up engagement calls with managers, ensuring all supporting documentation is completed and intake meeting arranged with recruiter;
  • Update job descriptions / external job postings;
  • Review applicants and screen out inappropriate candidates daily.

Competencies :

  • Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal);
  • Proactive can-do approach and good problem solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritise time critical tasks;
  • Approaches problems in a rational manner, using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution;
  • Good organization skills and ability work under pressure.
