Essentials Duties
  • Troubleshoot Quality issues with Customers Orders
  • Evaluate Returns to provide feedback to the Lab
  • Provide Training to Associates with Optical RX issues
  • Partner with internal teams to respond to customer questions or concerns.
  • Provide improvement suggestions other Departments to provide better product Quality
  • Participate in customer service based marketing activities. Train and prepare team on marketing plans and upcoming ad campaigns, promotions, etc.
  • Some travel to US office on occasion
     
     
    Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the Optical Industry
  • ABO Certified or Equivalate Experience to Start is a must
  • Optical Final Inspection Experience is a must
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.  English speaking is a must
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and influence skills with ability to develop accurate and detailed messaging with sensitivity to proper tone and positioning.
  • Sound judgment, trustworthiness, strong personal integrity and work ethic.
  • Desire and passion to learn the business and keep up-to-date with internal and external company and industry market and best practices
  • Collaborative team player with a positive outlook and “can-do” attitude.
