As a Promotion Specialist at TTEC you will be supporting the internal teams of one of the largest online retail platforms in the world. You will be the point of contact for issues related to retail promotions or events.

What you might be doing on a typical day :
  • Liaise with account managers for additional appropriate target merchants.
  • Pitch retail promotions to target merchants and negotiate to encourage participation in our client program.
  • Co-ordinate exchange of contracts and maintain meticulous records. 
  • Deliver core metrics including, but not limited to, productivity, success rate and effectiveness 
  • Ensure all information discussed with customers are logged and tracked. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

 The basic stuff you’ll need :
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer care, retention or sales role. Telesales preferred.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce/online retail.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to wow our customers.
  • Technically savvy, and ability to quickly learn new technology. Knowledge of CRM systems and web applications preferred.
  • Ability to retain technical/product knowledge.
  • Attention to detail is critical, efficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, junior and senior.
  • Exemplary written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • A self-starter who has the ability to handle peak periods and cope with tight deadlines in a positive and optimistic manner.
