TTEC (Formerly TeleTech) is seeking a Project Manager-APAC to join our TTEC (Formerly TeleTech) Consulting, within our Melbourne, Australia office.

What you’ll be doing : 

  • Project manage successful end to end execution of client projects 
  • Provide expert support to Client Directors with the activities involved in determining the scope, budget, resource plans, and schedule of projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, contractual requirements
  • Divide contract tasks into manageable elements, documenting them in work breakdown structures
  • Create & update project plans in MS Project or Excel and use appropriate tools to baseline and monitor activities to achieve business results by established, critical dates
  • Understand and apply standard project planning, quality control, and delivery assurance methodologies
  • Supplier relationship management, including briefing, delegation, monitoring, deadlines.
  • Synthesise and analyse data (eg. Evaluations)
  • Participate in contract performance variance analysis, risk analysis and prepare reports
  • Co-ordination of all admin including invoicing, expenses, program rollouts, coaching & consulting assignments
  • Drafting, final formatting & proofing of client proposals, letters, contracts, supplier agreements, scoping of fees & other client related correspondence
  • Client relationship management & attending external Client meetings 
  • Coaching and mentoring less experienced Project Administrator team members




What skills you’ll need :

  • Comfortable with creating & developing project plans and tools, project lifecycle, processes, methodologies & quality systems (preferably with some formal training in this area)
  • Expertise with MS Project or Excel - fully conversant with project scheduling, tracking
  • Analytical skills, very high attention to detail & ability to multi-task
  • Experience preparing project briefing documents
  • Strong verbal communication skills (articulation, excellent probing/questioning skills, listening skills)
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment
