What you’ll be doing :
TTEC is seeking an experienced IT PMO – Senior Project Manager to join our Global IT PMO team at our Global Corporate Headquarters, based in Englewood, Colorado. The position is a project leadership role within the IT PMO – Delivery Team. This position leads the initiation, planning, execution (including managing and controlling), and closing of Large Project to Small Programs within the IT PMO Managed Project Portfolio, following the defined IT PMO Project Delivery Lifecycle.
Our global IT PMO Organization supports the Global IT Team, in providing services to the entire enterprise that encompasses over 50,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.
What you’ll bring to us :
  • 5 years of Project or Program Management Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
  • Experience change management techniques preferred
  • Project Management Institute - Project Management Professional Certification (PMI-PMP) preferred.

  • Facilitates the capturing and prioritization of project requirements
  • Leads, plans, schedules, tracks, and runs project deliverables, goals, and milestones; adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Assesses risks and creates strategies for risk mitigation and project contingency planning
  • Designs and maintains project documentation
  • Identifies and resolves project issues; ensures appropriate communication to project stakeholders
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate
  • Manages project scope and the change control process as appropriate
  • Develops project plans and team assignments
  • Directs and monitors daily work of teams including progress toward goals
  • Identifies resource needs and secures as needed
  • Provides day-to-day direction and oversight over project engineering teams
  • Develops and handles project budgets, analyzes variances, and resolves invoice issues
  • Analyzes Organizational Change Management (OCM) hurdles and devises/executes plans to overcome resistance and foster adoption of project deliverables
  • Delivers/coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being led
  • Monitors, reviews, and/or appropriately escalates functional, quality, and timeline issues
  • Develops and executes procurement management plan in association with Procurement and the vendor management plan
  • Ensures project plans and all project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
  • Participates in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise
  • Keeps track of lessons learned during the life of the project and facilitates a discussion/review at the end of project as part of closing the project out
  • Assists customers remotely over the phone using remote control software or in person
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to :
  • Holds/attends team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
  • Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
