You will :

• Manage enquiries of corporate customers coming through different access channels
• Validate data related to customers right to use specific service;
• Monitor the case till it is completed, the part is shipped and invoiced;
• Review and evaluate customer feedback;
• Support projects for process and quality improvement;

If you have/are : 

• Very good level of English, both written and verbal;
• A good team player with strong communication skills;
• Relevant work experience will be considered as an advantage;
• Good analyzing skills is preferred;
• Eager to excel your knowledge and abilities.
