Administrative Assistant – Part-time
TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Accounting team on a part-time basis working approximately 20 hours weekly.

What you’ll be doing : 
Our Administrative Accounting Assistant will act as a support function, assisting in the execution of daily accounting processes on a timely basis for one or more TTEC business units. This person will also handle daily administrative tasks, assist in running reports and will work frequently in Microsoft applications. Responsibilities also include preparation of invoices, vendor management, payment processing, interaction with other TTEC departments and other accounting and finance duties as necessary. This is a part-time role and is well suited for someone with experience in a business environment or someone with strong organization and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to scan invoices, assist in preparation of tax files, and update vendor records
  • Proactive team player who takes initiative and follows-through reliably
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, and a speedy learner
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the Controller
  • Participate and provide input in process improvement projects
  • Scheduling and coordinating team meetings and project updates

 
What skills you’ll need :
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related function preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong organization skills preferred
