TeleTech is seeking a seasoned Operations Business Analyst to join our Customer Care team.

What you’ll be doing : 

Under general direction, the Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for performing complex research and analysis to support business operations and presenting findings to manager.  Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices. Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations and communicates with other departments as necessary. May perform special projects upon request.

What skills you’ll need :
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the call center industry
  • Experience with client facing, senior and executive level management communications and formal presentation delivery
  • Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client
  • Proven competence and experience in managing complex to business leaders; ability to influence decision-makers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills
