Talent Acquisition Services Manager
 
TTEC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Services Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team at our Regional Operating Headquarters, based Mexico City.
 
What you’ll be doing : 
 
Talent Acquisition Services Manager lead a team of Global Talent Acquisition specialists to meet aggressive recruiting targets in support of specific client needs. This includes establishing high-volume sourcing strategies and tactics; implementing and modifying customized interview, testing, and screening tools. Talent Acquisition Services Manager monitor recruiting targets daily by individual team members and act quickly to troubleshoot obstacles and motivate their teams to reach daily recruiting targets. Talent Acquisition Services Manager must be able to quickly adapt plans and shift directions in order to meet changing client requirements. This is a challenging position that is suited for a high-energy individual who can motivate their team to consistently meet 
 
What you’ll bring to us :
  • Understand all key business initiatives and goals for supported business units
  • Manage/support a team of Global Talent Acquisition specialists to deliver outstanding recruitment services
  • Improve the key success metrics for their business units
  • Develop a “Trusted Advisor” relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within supported business units

What skills you’ll need :
  • Knowledge of call center business
  • Performance Based Interviewing expertise
  • Process improvement certification (white belt or above)
  • Strong knowledge in multiple HR disciplines across different geographies (compensation and benefits, recruiting, employee relationship, legal, etc.)
