Responsibilities :

  • Manages customers ‘enquiries coming through different access channels (e-mail, SharePoint);
  • Validates data related to customer entitlement;
  • Manages end-to-end customer case till completion, including parts shipment and invoicing;
  • Keeps the customer informed about any changes in the delivery schedule;
  • Reviews and evaluates customer feedback related to case management;
  • Supports projects for process and quality improvement.

Requirements :

  • Very good English skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Administrative/customer support experience will be considered as an advantage.
