Role Description :
The candidate must possess practical experience of executing demand generation programs, and a good understanding of the processes and best practices for marketing operations, digital marketing, customer prospecting using internet research and related tools.
● Support global lead generation program
● Take ownership to identify, nurture and qualify potential prospects across various industries and locations, as specified by the client marketing team.
● Work seamlessly with the team to support the initial prospecting and lead qualification process, and maintain the status and data on the client’s proprietary and other customer relationship management (CRM) reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities :
● Perform internet research (as per specified criteria) to identify prospects.
● Ensuring quality assurance throughout the process
● Upload prospect list to client’s proprietary tools.
● Execute client’s proprietary automated scoring algorithm.
● Execute manual lead scrubbing process.
● Execute manual lead enrichment process using internet research and licensed databases.
● Upload final scrubbed and enriched lead list to client’s proprietary tools.
● Manage leads in CRM tools, e.g. Salesforce.com etc
Job Specifications :
Required Skills :
At least 2 years of experience in :
● Lead management
● Lead enrichment
● Lead qualification
● Lead scoring
People with working experience of internet research and from digital marketing background will be preferred..
Desired Skills/Experience :
● At least 2 years experience, preferably in digital advertising and internet research or with business-to-business (B2B) demand generation companies.
● Superior analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
● B2B lead generation experience.
● AdWords experience.
● Experience in online databases like Hoovers and Data.com
● Presentation and data visualization skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
● Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while ensuring strict attention to detail.
● Experience of working with international clients.
● Strong collaboration and project management skills with proven ability to multitask, prioritize and handle high pressure situations.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience of creating and delivering presentations to internal and client executives, as required.
