TTEC is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator (Senior Specialist, Real Estate & Facilities) to join our Enterprise Services team at our offices located in Montreal, Qc. The TTEC Real Estate and Facilities Manager Acts as a primary point of contact for day-to-day building maintenance and repairs and responds diligently to reported issues such as climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage and repairs, etc. To ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. To arbitrate, negotiate and advise internally and externally including with government agencies. To establish new business partnerships. To protect all TeleTech’s contractual positions and ensure finished project meets contractual standards.

Job Description :

  • Manage and Maintain Day to day operations of facilities under your control
  • Bilingual French/English

  • Manage Building and Preventive Maintenance Activities
  • Coordinate and Oversee Cleaning Activities/Staff
  • Coordinate and Oversee Security Activities/Staff
  • Maintain in coordination with Organizational leadership tactical application of budget and related controls
  • Oversee Supplies for Operations, Maintenance and Janitorial Services
  • Monitor scheduled events, project milestones and submission of required information
  • Schedule activities for completion of projects and works on a day-to-day basis to handle unexpected requests and deadlines
  • Maintain strong working relationship with the internal and external project stake holders
  • Work with the consultants to negotiate credits and/or extras for revised scope of work and to assist with implementing a value engineering process when necessary.
  • Organize meetings and meets with contractors/consultants to review scope of contract and impact of alternatives in reducing time and costs
  • Prepare Monthly Status Reports
  • Stay current with community issues and construction and related technologies
  • Be familiar with, understand and apply TeleTech policies and procedures, federal, provincial and municipal legislation and regulations (e.g. Health & Safety, Environmental).
  • As a safety team member, to work closely with emergency response plans including evacuation, implementation of after-hours emergency response and environmental health and safety;
  • Conduct building inspections and identify, communicate and uphold maintenance and service standards to ensure client and consumer satisfaction
  • Maintain complete drawing records and operating logs
  • Responds to emergency calls on a 24-hour basis, as required
  • Performs other job-related tasks as required.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive experience in one of the following areas; construction (both field and office), real estate development, architecture or other engineering disciplines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Software and/;or purchase order data base management preferred
  • Knowledge of C Cure 9000 or security management systems preferred
  • Tech savvy.
  • Effective prioritization skills with proven success in managing multiple priorities with varying deadlines
  • A proactive and perceptive outlook to achieve results.

  • The ability to travel frequent as this may be required
  • Working knowledge of Engineering, Architecture or Construction/Project Management or Certificate in similar disciplines combined with relevant experience.
