ED/VP, IBM Partner Sales Development (US Remote)

What you’ll be doing : 
 
We have an exciting career opportunity and are looking to hire a strategic, senior sales leader to fill our IBM Partner Sales Development position that will generate greater access to the marketplace “with and through” of the highly strategic global key channel and partner account.  The principal mission of this position will be to create and drive bookings through new and existing partnership relationships across our Humanify, Customer Engagement as a Service offering. Our dynamic product and services portfolio includes care services, growth services, consulting, and technologies such as AI/machine learning, analytics platforms, omni-channel, demand generation & customer acquisition web technologies, and CX & CRM automation.
 
You will be responsible for :

  • Building the relationship with IBM organizations that offer the greatest potential for successful alliance partnership opportunities with TTEC
  • Develop and implement an aligned, prioritized and targeted Alliance & Partner approach that effectively generates quality pipeline and bookings with and through the partnership
  • Integrate formalized partnership approach with go to market teams across our Humanify offering
  • Catalog partner capabilities to be widely understood and leveraged by ttec sales teams
  • Collaborate closely with key business leaders on the plan, prioritization and how their businesses could benefit from an Alliance and Channel fabric within the business
  • Develop an effective governance platform to ensure that the required results are delivered 


Desired Skills and Experience :

  • 10 years’ work related experience, Bachelor’s degree, demonstrated business and financial acumen
  • Disciplined executive with a proven and consistent track record of driving booking results through channels and alliance sales (IBM desired)
  • Building and driving a comprehensive Alliance & Partner program that maps solution / capabilities to vertical industries through partners
  • Experience targeting different partners from, Digital Agencies, System Integrators, IT Services Providers, Management Consulting firms to ISV’s in vertical industries
  • Developing and maintaining relationships at senior levels, including C-level points of contact and ability to gain trust across management levels within partner organizations
  • Highly collaborative and proactive leader that can work effectively across a broader leadership team along with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Global experience is highly preferred
