TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking an experienced Business Solutions and Pricing Senior Analyst to join our TTEC Digital Deal Desk team.

What you’ll be doing : 
As a strategic member of the Deal Desk team you will be responsible for :
  1. Supporting sales teams to successfully solution, price and position TTEC Digital Solutions.
  2. Building value based relationships with TTEC matter experts to ensure holistic proposal solutions are crafted.
  3. Participating in the sales process in direct support of achieving sales, delivery and financial goals and objectives.
  4. Facilitating pricing reviews of proposed TTEC Digital solutions.
  5. Performing financial analysis and reviews of contracts and statement of works.
  6. Creating client facing sales and marketing collateral.
  7. Assisting in the creation and writing of RFPs and other requests for proposals
  8. Cross training on other high value team functions.
 
What skills you’ll need :
 
  1. Minimum of an undergraduate degree from an accredited University. 
  2. 5 years experience working in a business operations role in a learning and/or technology industry.
  3. Advanced user of Excel including Pivot Tables, Pivot Reporting, VBA and Macros.
  4. Strong analytical skills with High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email, phone, social tools and presentation materials.
  6. Prior experience supporting sales operations in a pricing analyst role is a plus.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally across large business groups and teams.
  8. Comfort and confidence when working closely with and – when required - challenging senior stakeholders; both client side and within TTEC.
  9. Ability to write and passionately present proposal responses that persuasively position and competitively differentiate the TTEC solution.
