We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a fixed term Customer Service Team Leader to our state of the art contact centre in Chatswood.


Role Description :


The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for leading, managing and coaching their team, while professionally representing our clients' business. You will have a strong focus on providing support to customers on their digital journey through the use of voice, digital chat, video, email and other digital tools to ensure customers receive the best service. Helping customers connect with the right Communities' sales experts will be your measure of success. 
In your role, you will be able to fully identify our customer's needs, understand their demands and provide solutions to their queries. You will have the ability to establish relationships with your team and drive them to achieve individual, team and company wide goals. Use your outstanding communication skills to provide exceptional service to our valued customers, recognizing them as individuals and consistently displaying a willingness to go above and beyond.


Your Profile :

  • 2 years of recent leadership and/ coaching experience in the contact centre environment.

  • At least 3 years in a customer care or sales related role, experience within the property industry is desirable.

  • You will ensure your team provides high quality customer service to our clients and ensuring KPI's are met.

  • Proven experience working with systems including Salesforce and having the capacity to retain technical/product knowledge.

  • Attention to detail is critical, efficiency and strong organizational skills.

  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal skills and superior listening skills.

  • We are also looking for a self-starter who has the ability to handle peak periods in a positive and optimistic manner.

We have rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, between 9am-9pm. You must be flexible to work up to 2 full weekend shifts per month.
