What you might be doing on a typical day :
  • Professionally represent our client’s business with strong focus on providing support to customers on their digital journey
  • Ensure customers receive the best service through different channels – voice, chat, email, or video and other digital tools
  • Help customers connect with right Communities’ sales experts
  • Identify customers’ needs, understand their demands and provide the best resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers

 The basic stuff you’ll need :
  • Previous experience in a customer care or sales related role, preferably within a contact center environment.
  • Enthusiasm - customer service star, with a great attitude.
  • Technically savvy, and ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Ability to retain technical/product knowledge
  • Attention to detail is critical, efficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Exemplary written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • A self-starter who has the ability to handle peak periods in a positive and optimistic manner.
