Copywriting Intern
TTEC is seeking a communications renegade; a true deadline wrangler with strong writing and editing skills to help tell the story of TTEC through day-to-day communication tactics. The right candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and measuring our employee communications messages through the eyes of our leadership channels.
About the Candidate
TTEC is looking for an organized, self-motivated, excellent writer to act as a paid copywriting intern. English, Writing or Journalism majors in their junior or senior year of college are preferred. We are looking for an individual with a passion for writing with strong communication skills, attention to detail, knowledge of proper spelling and grammar.
About the Job
As a member of our global employee communications team, you will play an integral role in positioning and promoting TTEC’s voice through traditional and social channels. In addition, you will work with the team to ensure messages are consistent with the overall brand, to meet company standards, maintain and promote a positive image on behalf of the organization and engage the global workforce.
As an intern you will develop a substantial portfolio of writing samples, refine your writing style and skills for different audiences and gain valuable corporate communication experience.
What you’ll be doing : 

•        Provide employee communications support to promote organizational initiatives

•        Provide meticulous copy writing and copyediting services

•        Draft articles, announcements, e-cards, blog posts and copy for Mosaic (corporate intranet)

•        Assist with copywriting for a variety of topics relevant to employees including, benefits, payroll, company initiatives, organizational changes and crisis communications

•        Distribute messages to targeted audiences using internal communication channels

•        Work with team members on special events, program launches and new initiatives
What you’ll bring to us :

•        The ability to translate organizational messages and ideas in simple and concise sentences and paragraphs

•        Ability to interpret, translate and document requirements, policies, processes and procedures for various departments and subject matter materials

•        Ability to manipulate and format documents using MS Word or other well-known word processing and publishing tools

•        Ability to formulate and construct innovative communications solutions
