We are looking for a Consultant - Project Manager, Customer Experience (CX) Consulting for our Strategy and Operations practice who has a holistic perspective on delivering seamless omnichannel customer experience, digital solutions, and technology optimization.   As a Consultant - PM, you will help to develop and deliver our capabilities to the market place through consulting, client management, and project management.  The Consultant - Program Manager works directly with our global client base contributing essential leadership and support to coordinate a project team, typically under the direction of an Engagement Manager.
What the role really does…
Delivery and Account Management (~90%)

•         General Responsibilities
    • Hands on delivery of engagements, guiding the execution.
    • Accountability for engagements including quality of delivery, project profitability and people management.
    • Represent the practice in as a trusted advisor and expert to the client.  
    • Development of tools, delivery frameworks, case studies and other Intellectual Property to advance our Practice and the quality of solutions we deliver for our clients.
    • Provide leadership for key strategic initiatives and collaborative initiatives with TTEC business partners.


•         Project Facilitation and Tracking
o   The Project Analyst tracks, documents and reports meeting results, targets, owners, and project variances and needs
o   Develops presentations and provides project support for the Project Manager
o   Proactively identifies and reports upcoming project milestone deadlines, responds to project support requirements and helps craft insightful, high-quality responses as part of the Project Manager’s team

•         Delivery and Client Service Capability
o   Manage projects effectively to meet timelines and objectives. Works operational initiatives using process improvement skills and tools to enhance processes and procedures
o   Has accountability to the Engagement Manager for the quality delivery of presentations
o   Delivers consumable research and analysis
o   Ensures communication to the Engagement Manager and Client Stakeholders for approval of final deliverables
  • Business Development (~10%)

    • Serve as an omni-channel, digital technology, customer experience subject matter expert
    • Proactively identify and cultivate business opportunities within assigned engagements and accounts
    • Convert and expand existing opportunities and build new relationships into consulting solutions and new business
    • Established customer experience and digital innovation thought leadership

•         Considerable experience working in a global consulting firm or in a service industry leading customer experience or engagement projects, preferably in a similar or related capacity

•         Demonstrated hands-on experience with the use of project management tracking tools

•         Engagement management support experience including tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation

•         Demonstrable experience in the development and implementation of operational effectiveness and efficiency improvement processes in a consulting capacity

•         Demonstrable experience supporting innovative Customer Experience strategies and social media / digital solutions for best industry practices and approaches

•         Statistical data analysis experience including budget forecasting and analysis of financials and budgets

•         Demonstrable experience of working with Customer Experience metrics / measures and an aptitude for related analysis for goal setting and trending

•         Considerable experience of working in a fast-paced business environment and demonstrable strong business acumen

•         Degree from a globally reputable university in commerce, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic record
Location : Role will be based out of our London office and require up to 75% travel
