Client Solutions Manager ( Change and Contract Management )

Responsible for Documentation of all Operational and Contractual changes and capable of dealing with Ttec and  Client Stakeholders on a daily basis

 Analyze operational and financial statistics. Identify key trends in performance and develop new tools and/or reports to facilitate the management of that information. 
 Develop and maintain national center operations data solutions that utilize SQL, Access, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, ColdFusion, and Excel. 
 As required, manage multiple complex business projects. 
 SSRS administration including designing, developing, implementation and maintenance of reports using Visual Studio
 Create different reports based on user requirements. Needs to gather requirements for reports and deliver quality solutions to multiple support groups. 
 Create SSRS templates/models/standards for entire reporting team. 
 Work on reports automation project 
 Manage team of approximately 10 reports analyst 

 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. 
 Advance in MS Excel, Power Point and Access 
 Good verbal and written communications skills 
 Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations 
 Involved in installation and administration of Business Objects 6.x/5.x/4.xMicrosoft SQL Server Reporting Services. 
 Extensive work experience creating the environment for Business Objects Web Intelligence reports and Dashboard Managerdashboards in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. 
 Work experience with OLAP tools including metrics & metrics data stores and performance reporting. 
 Experience creating different BO/WEBI reports based on user requirements. 
 Previous call center or outsourcing experience 
 Ability to manage complex multiple complex projects 
 Strong background in reporting (operations and financial) 
 SQL experience required 
 Willingness to provide technical guidance to team 
 Seagate Crystal Reports background 
 Database administration skills using Oracle Microsoft SQL databases
