We currently have an opening for an Channel Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Cloud Contact Center services by supporting our white label channel partners.  In this role you will build a sales pipeline with your assigned partners for the East Coast region to sell TTEC’s Cloud Services to their customers. 
Role Responsibilities :
  • Support and manage assigned Partner accounts in sales opportunities through the following avenues :
    • Educate and collaborate with Partner’s sales teams on TTEC’s Cloud Solution, Best Practices, and pricing and delivery models
    • Support Partner’s sales teams in sales opportunities as a cloud solutions expert both functionally and technically through demos and deal specific pricing
    • Quarterback the contracting process for each new client opportunity sold by Partner
    •  When needed, participate with and engage the appropriate Business Developer and/or Solutions Engineer to support a sales opportunity with the Partner

  • Determines proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns specific to partner’s capabilities and needs
  • Measure partner performance through detailed business planning in support of the overall channel strategy

Key skills/requirements :
  • 8 to 10 years experience in sales and strategic partner development or Channel-Partner sales experience is a must
  • 4 to 5 years in a Contact Center premise or Cloud based solutions environment is preferred
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in channel-partner technical sales and is driven by challenges and rewards to proactively build and manage a prospect lead pipeline with dozens of open sales opportunities at any point in time. 
  • Proven track record working with established channel partner relationships with systems integrators, VARs, consulting firms, service providers.
  • Ability to develop long-term relationships and partnerships with the business leaders and decision makers.  
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a flexible, "whatever it takes" attitude.
  • Proven ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic, fast growing, environment
  • Highly versatile and motivated.  High energy leadership style and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
