In this position, you will…

• Read, review, and prioritize manager's email to determine required action and keep volume manageable. Ensure continuous flow of email in and out of manager's office;
• Manage calendar/diary - schedule manager's appointments, meetings and speaking engagements;
• Assist and aid leaders with personal Time Management; 
• Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company;
• Assist Leaders with Correspondence Management and with completion of HR processes and documentation;
• Travel Planning - flights / accommodation / transfers / visas; 
• Assist with Event Management activities; 
• Record minutes of various meetings;
• Assist Leaders with People Care activities;
• Analyze data and preparing reports. 

Do you have the following?

• Fluent oral and written English;
• Previous proven administrative support experience;
• Previous proven large corporation work experience will be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills; 
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail; 
• Ability to work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines;
• Ability to priorities workloads.
