As a Business Analyst, you will liaison between the client and various stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. A primary duty of this Business Analyst is to record requirements :  Business, Functional, User, Quality of Service, and/or Implementation. This person will work independently on daily tasks and with supervisor support on small to mid-level implementations.  Join us! There's never been a better time to do your life's best work.
 
What you’ll be doing :
  • Responsible for his/ her respective client portfolio and the creation of the respective business requirements documents, training support and integration points
  • Leads the development of business requirements and reporting requirements for a CRM implementation including the definition of key metrics, reports, call flows, enabling system, training materials and data integration points and file maps working directly with the client and key business partners
  • Responsible for his/ her utilization and key performance metrics
  • Responsible for timely communication of risk and issues on deliverables to the project manager, BA Lead, and/or BA Manager
  • Responsible for the innovation of solutions to add value to existing client base and to assist our sales staff in creating technology and services solutions for new implementations
  • Develop positive relationships with key business partners
  • Act as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment

 
Skills and Experience you will bring :
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in Healthcare, IT, CRM systems, or Call Center Operations
  • 3 years of experience contributing to multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with full lifecycle implementation for CRM Solutions
  • Understanding of SDLC stages including design, development, coding, testing and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to direct own work at a client site with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, learn quickly and independently, and produce results
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
