What we are looking for : 


We are looking for an innovative and creative Conversational UI Dialogue Designer to assist in the build-out of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA) – aka chatbots leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI).. As a Dialogue Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the personality and conversational flow of IVAs to ensure customers receive a ‘human’ AI experience. By partnering with our Knowledge Engineers, you will leverage your extensive creative writing background to script and structure responses that are free flowing and natural, and aligned with the desired IVA persona. With the customer journey and experience at the forefront of everything you do, you’ll help decide the most appropriate next action and language necessary to produce an exceptional customer interaction- all while developing an AI personality that is engaging and memorable!
 


You must have deep technical experience working with technologies related to artificial intelligence, machine learning and/or deep learning. You must be familiar with the ecosystem of software vendors in the AI/ML space, and will leverage this knowledge to support product development.
 
 
Job Responsibilities

•       Utilize Artificial Intelligence(AI) and big data analysis methods to work within cross-functional teams to develop strategic analytical products, support requirements analysis, inform the creation of strategic plans for business transformation, including understanding clients' most complex business challenges, and as part of a team develop a solution that delivers a measurable outcome, testing the solution, and implementing the transformation.

•       Extract qualitative and quantitative relationships, including patterns and trends from a wide variety of data.

•       Use technical and analytical expertise to explore and examine data from multiple disparate Big Data sources with the goal of discovering patterns and previously hidden insights that can provide a competitive advantage or address a pressing mission problem.

•       Analyze and implement analysis infrastructure and tools, analytic workflow processes, and complex data visualizations and leverage foundational comprehension of mathematical and statistical concepts, algorithm development, feature engineering, model selection, training testing and validation of different models, ensuring data or modeling solutions meet business requirements.

•       Contribute to the development of strategies for deploying AI techniques into existing business, development of road map and requirements analysis considering both AI and business potential analysis.


Basic Qualifications :

•       Strong background in Machine Learning (Deep Learning)

•       Experience in a statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining practice

•       Familiar with one or more machine learning or statistical modeling toolkits

•       Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving ability
  • Experience using and adapting to new technologies
  • Experience working with ML/AI Independent Software Vendors


Preferred Qualifications :

Expert understanding of autonomy and artificial intelligence, including multi-agent systems, knowledge representation, and reasoning, planning, plan recognition, and decision making
