Job Summary:

The Country Talent Acquisition Supervisor supports the execution of the recruitment strategy across the country and manages day-to-day talent acquisition operations. Reporting to the Country Talent Acquisition Manager, this role supervises a team of recruiters, coordinates high-volume or strategic hiring efforts, ensures process consistency, and helps deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The supervisor plays a key role in aligning the team with business hiring needs and ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision & Daily Operations:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and/or sourcing specialists to meet hiring goals.
  • Monitor workload distribution and ensure recruitment activities are completed on time and with quality.
  • Support the team in filling open roles across functions and levels by providing guidance on sourcing, screening, and selection.

Recruitment Execution:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for support functions.
  • Ensure consistent application of the recruitment process, tools, and templates across the team.
  • Drive best practices in candidate assessment, interview coordination, and hiring manager collaboration.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between recruiters and business stakeholders to ensure hiring expectations are aligned.
  • Escalate key challenges or market intelligence to the Country Talent Acquisition Manager.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience scores) and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and support audit/compliance needs.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Support local employer branding initiatives through job postings, events, and social media engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple open requisitions and meeting hiring deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Taleo).
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements.

  • Fluency in English and ideally 1 other European language.
