What You’ll be Doing – 

Are you looking for an opportunity where you’ll bring your analytical skills to the table and provide recommendations to improve processes? As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you’ll provide value added service to the TTEC client base by generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities include business evaluation, process development, business analysis, business modeling and report development.

You'll report to Senior Manager, Workforce Management

During a Typical Day, You’ll

·Develop and maintain center operations reporting

·Manage multiple complex business projects

·Develop new reports and dashboards both proactively and in response to client

·request to improve operational efficiencies

·Maintain database records and perform routine audits of data validating proper site,

·client, and project relationships

·Monitor and proactive call-out any issues related to Operational and Compliance

·metrics

·Ensure to meet all the requirement of Operations and client

·Be reliable, professional, accurate and responsive to stakeholders

·Comply to mandatory trainings and professional development plan

What You Bring to the Role

·Ideally that can leverage SQL databases

·Strong drive to find and solve for reporting errors

·Familiar with Google Sheets, Macro and SQL

·Preferably with experience working with Sigma
